About me

I started my competitive career in 2011. At that time, my ultimate goal was improving my physique, trying to be the best on any stage at any time. What motivates me the most now is trying to be an example and an inspiration to people that I meet in the gym during my workouts.

Almost 3 years ago, I changed my way of training from 4 days a week to 6 or 7 days a week. Since that moment I changed my workout routine to high intensity workouts (supersets, trisets, dropsets,...) and training every muscle group 2 times a week. This has improved my shape a lot in the past few years.

Today I go tot he gym with the purpose to motivate others the way I was motivated to start this lifestyle. I want to inspire people to push their limits every day.

I use for the moment

Pure whey: I use this product every day after training. Sometimes I also use it as breakfast on low carb days or during the day to make oat pancakes.

BCAA: I use 20grams divided during the day to maintain muscle mass and improve metabolism to stimulate fatburn.

Yellow burner: Because my main focus is to keep a shredded physique (5-7%) year round. This supplement adds some extra stimulance to maintain an optimal metabolism, especially when you have a hard time keeping up with your diet.
