Oatmeal & Pure Whey Bowl

Necessities (1 person)

  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 125 g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
    • other option:  forest fruit (blueberries, cherries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, ...)
  • 10 g chia seeds or flax seed
  • 20 gram Premium Pure Whey in your favorite flavor

Preps

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix it up. You can add other toppings instead of the seeds, like pure chocolate chips (>70% cacao), cacao dips, … But make sure it still remains a healthy bowl.



Banana-Oatmeal Cookies with Pure Whey Dip

Necessities (1 person)

  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 125 g low-fat Greek yogurt  magere yoghurt
  • 1 banana
    • other option:  forest fruit
  • 10 g chia seed or flax seed or pure chocolate chips (>70% cacao)
  • 20 gram Premium Pure Whey in your favorite flavor

Preps

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C
  • Crush the banana and mix with your oatmeal
  • Add the chia seeds or other toppings
  • Grease in your oven plate with a bit of coconut oil and divide the batter into small portions
  • Flatten out the divided batter with a fork into the shape of a cookie
  • Put them in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes
  • Mix the yogurt with Pure Whey and use it as your own sweet cookie dip



Banana-Oatmeal Bars with Pure Whey Dip

Necessities (5 portions)

  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 5 bananas
    • other option:  forest fruit
  • 50 g chia seed or flax seed
  • Premium Pure Whey in your favorite flavor

Preps

  • Use the same ingredients as in previous recipes, but multiply it by 5
  • Preheat the oven to 180° C
  • Put baking paper in an oven dish
  • Mix all the ingredients together and divide the batter equally over the oven dish
  • Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to make the bars even more juicy
  • Put 15 – 20 minutes in the oven
  • Let the oven dish cool down afterwards and cut it up into bars
  • Make a dip by mixing cold water (or milk) and your favorite Pure Whey flavor



Iced Fruity Smoothie

Necessities (1 person)

  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 25 g Premium Pure Whey Pistachio (or as wished)
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 50 g fresh pineapple
  • 25 g (frozen) blueberries
  • 25 g (frozen) strawberries
  • 2 mint leaves
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • A couple of ice cubes

Preps

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
  • Top it up with some fresh fruit and chia seeds



Banana-Oatmeal Smoothie

Necessities (1 person)

  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • A couple of (frozen) strawberries
  • 25 g Premium Pure Whey in your favorite flavor
  • Handfull of ice cubes

Preps

  • Put a little bit of water in the blender and add all ingredients
  • Mix it until smooth and poor in a big glass
  • Add some colorfull superfood toppings
    • Chia seeds
    • Unsalted nuts
    • Hemp seed
    • ...



Raspberry-Tea Smoothie

Necessities (1 person)

  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 25 g Premium Pure Whey in your favorite flavor
  • 1 tea cup of Liption Forest Fruit tea
    • Option: Gree tea with cranberry flavor
  • 5 g of chia seeds
  • Couple of ice cubes

Preps

  • Make a cup of tea and let it rest for 3 minutes
  • Put a bit of water in the blender and add all ingredients together with the tea
  • Mix it until smooth and poor in a big glass and add some toppings as wished
