Are you a real pizza-lover and eagerly looking forward to that one cheatmeal every week where you fi-na-lly can stuff your face with those tastefull pizza triangles? Well, that time is over! With these Protein Pizzas, brand new our product line. The crust has some killer nutritional values and you can add all the perfectly healthy, no-cheat toppings of your desires.

But how do you start?

The pizzacrust (1 normal sized pizza for you alone or to share with a loved one)


  • 90 gr Protein Pizza powder
  • 90 ml (semi-)skimmed milk OR just water


  • Mix the powder and milk or water thoroughly 
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes 
  • Spread it evenly over a piece of baking paper until you have the size of a normal pizza 
  • Line it on a baking tray and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes (900W)

So what comes next?



  • Finish with all that is healthy and pizza-friendly 
  • Add a low sugar and low fat tomato sauce 
  • Onion / spring onion 
  • Finely sliced chicken breast, turkey, lean ham, smolkes salmon, tuna, scampi, … 
  • Cherry tomatoes, paprika, olives, … 
  • No cheese, no go? Choose for Parmesan cheese: high in protein and in flavor 
  • Spices: oregano, basil, garlic and a bit of pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C before adding the toppings 
  • Satisfied with the looks of your pizza? Put the filled up baking tray into the oven for about 12 minutes

Now you only need to slice it in even parts and in this short ammount of time you’re carefree to enjoy lovely healthy pizzas throughout the week!
