Our Protein Baking Mix is not only limited to baking delicious waffles and pancakes.

PROTEIN PANCAKES

Necessities

for 2 large pancakes or about 5 small ones

  • 50 g Protein Baking Mix
  • 100 ml water
  • Olive oil or coconut oil
  • Optionally 3 drops of Flavor Drops (taste of your choice)

Topping

  • Low-calorie Syrup (taste of choice) and/or
  • A bit of plain Greek yogurt and/or
  • Fruit

Preparation

  • Mix the baking mix with water
  • Make sure there are no more lumps in your batter
  • If necessary, add the Flavor Drops and continue mixing
  • Let is rest for a while and put out your frying pan
  • Grease in with a little olive oil or coconut oil
  • Bake the pancakes on the lowest fire and show a little patience
  • When you start seeing small bubbles in your batter, you may turn over the pancake
  • Finish up with your favorite low-calorie syrup

 

PROTEIN WAFFLES

Necessities

for 2 large waffles

  • 50 g Protein Baking Mix
  • 100 ml water
  • Olive oil or coconut oil
  • Optionally 3 drops of Flavor Drops (taste of your choice)

Topping

  • Low-calorie Syrup (taste of choice) and/or
  • A bit of plain Greek yogurt and/or
  • Fruit

Preparation

  • Mix the baking mix with water
  • Make sure there are no more lumps in your batter
  • If necessary, add the Flavor Drops and continue mixing
  • Let is rest for a while and take out your waffle iron
  • Grease in with a little olive oil or coconut oil
  • Divide the batter over the two parts of the waffle iron
  • After about 2 minutes the waffles are ready, but test it out yourself with your own machine
  • Finish up with your favorite low-calorie syrup 

PROTEIN MUGCAKES

Necessities

for a couple of mugcakes, depending on the size of your mugs / cups

  • 50 g Protein Baking Mix
  • 100 ml water
  • Optionally 3 drops of Flavor Drops (taste of your choice)

Topping

  • Low-calorie Syrup (taste of choice) and/or
  • Low-fat cacao powder and/or
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  • Mix the baking mix with water
  • Make sure there are no more lumps in your batter
  • If necessary, add the Flavor Drops and continue mixing
  • Let is rest for a while and take out all the mugs, cups or bowl
  • Divide the batter over the different mugs
  • Put them in a microwave with 900W for 1 minute
  • Finish up with your favorite low-calorie syrup 

 

PROTEIN COOKIES

Necessities

  • 1 leveled tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 5 g stevia sugar
  • 1 eggwhite
  • 60 gr Protein Baking Mix
  • Optionally 3 drops of Flavor Drops (taste of your choice)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 170 ° C
  • Mix the coconut oil and stevia sugar
  • Add the eggwhite and continue mixing
  • Add the Protein Baking Mix little by little
  • Stir well until you have a firm dough
  • If necessary, place in the microwave for 10 seconds to allow the coconut oil to melt and get fully mixed
  • Let the batter rest for 5 minutes in the refrigerator
  • If necessary, roll it out until completely spread over the baking tray
  • Grease in an oven plate with some coconut oil
  • Put the dough on the oven plate, place a plastic bag or baking paper on top and use your fingers to spread it out (dough is too sticky without)
  • The thinner your dough, the better and more crispy your cookies will be
  • Place the baking tray in the preheated oven fora bout 5 minutes
  • Take it out and divide the dough with a knive or cookie molds into squares or a shape of your choice
  • Put it in the preheated oven again fora bout 2 more minutes
  • Let them cool off for at least 10 minutes
  • Enjoy your guilt-free taste cookies
