During intensive training, muscle cells need large amounts of glutamine. When there is a shortage of glutamine in the body, it will be taken from the muscles, resulting in a loss of muscle mass.
Glutamine is recommended as a food supplement in times of (physical and mental) stress, during intensive training and during the recovery of an injury or a medical surgery.
Suggested use: Mix daily 5g of powder with 200ml of liquid and take approximately one hour before going to sleep.
